激发学生对英语及英语学习的兴趣始终是我秉承的教学理念。努力让学生在气氛轻松的英语课堂学习实用的语言知识，提高学习兴趣，建立在学习道路上勇往直前、持之以恒的信心。
Learning English well is not a mission impossible. Once they are inspired, encouraged and shown effective ways in improving their English proficiency, students would be on the right track and driven to the success of the language acquisition. I always hold the belief that it is the interaction between students and me in a relaxing and delighted atmosphere, through which their interest in learning English is in the meantime kindled and their confidence of conquering difficulties is built up, that is the main focus of my classroom and the key to stimulate them to be persevering on the way to achieving their goals.
